Those who have productive vlogs have a lot to answer for! If you set unrealistic goals for how much work you do in a day, it'll snowball. The best thing you can do is listen to your body and ground yourself in nature to allow those negative vibes a chance to go to the ether. I know from experience that a final semester is going to be like a buzz where everything will go zoom past you. You mentioned about plans for after your degree, use your uni career service to help you, they'll be inundated with other people saying the same.
