I went to the site excited about being able to get something comfy cozy only to find out that the sizing is not inclusive 😢 . 1 t-shirt type item is the only thing available in a size about xl. So do you think maybe when you work with them again maybe mention sizing availability. That would be amazing! So the ones that are a bit bigger don't get excited about something we can't have. Thank you and also love your channel!

A way I’ve found to be compassionate with myself is to talk to myself the same way I would talk to a close friend. I would never talk to my friend as harshly or tough as I often talk to myself, so it really helps to refrain my thinking. 😊

MIchele, I had a plant/tree that looked like that with only top leaves. In a last-ditch effort, I cut the trunk in half, and to my amazement, it returned better. Before you take it to its grave. Cut it down halfway and just keep watering the leafless trunk. If there is life in it new branches will find their way.

If you want to learn more- I’d highly recommend reading Dr. Mindy Pelz’s book “Fast Like a Girl” and her podcast “The Resetter” and Dr. Mary Claire Haver’s work. Brene Brown recently interviewed her on “Unlocking Us” podcast. Even though you’re far away from perimenopause and menopause, I think you’d find their work and resources helpful in your hormone journey. I bet you’re already familiar with them, but if not, it will blow your mind and perhaps, change your life. 😊 I’m reading and listening to everything by these two women and excited to see how my body and overall health changes for the better. Btw- I’m from Orange County, but live in Colorado. You made me want to explore San Clemente more so thank you. “The Fisherman” is my favorite restaurant there. Last thing, if you’re lucky enough to get a reservation at “Primo” in Maine when you visit next time, I’d strongly encourage you to check it out. It’s farm to table and one of the best meals I’ve ever had. I think it’s a Michelin restaurant, too. 😉

I even put all the charts together and made myself a spreadsheet to put them all together to make it easier for me. Haha 🤓 gotta love a spreadsheet. I’ll share it with you if you’re interested. Michel, perhaps you could use your influence to bring awareness to the devastation in Western North Carolina. I know from the West Coast or as a Texas girl, it’s easy to say “oh another hurricane hit the East Coast” but this is unlike any other hurricane. A hurricane hitting the mountains is a different animal entirely. It requires a different level of response, different tools to get to people who are in complete shock that something like this could happen, it presents different challenges. You have a broad audience and could bring awareness to the needs of others. You could demonstrate to others how to show compassion.
