Chuck beef is a tough part unless you want to make something braised stew or soup don't buy them. That's why it is cheap. You need to cook it for a long time to get it tender.

As a white privileged woman I learned through Korean and Chinese vlogs that solo female Asian travellers are subjected to racism sometimes. I had no idea. This makes me feel ashamed of being born in Europe. I consider this behaviour unacceptable, coward and vile. I'm sure new generations will be better than mine.
