Lauren, u should consider a small white raised plant box/bed to fit around the metal pipe in the front yard? They hv at Costco/Home Depot in various sizes. It's white & would compliment ur home exterior. Fill it w/flowers/plants/or decorative stones to obscure the pipe.🤔

To hold your scarf in place, put a wig grip headband on first and then put your scarf on and it won't move.
