Just a little tip from a 55 year old woman who has no wrinkles and doesn't look her age. When moisturising on the face and neck NEVER work downwards. Always go in a upward motion. Remember gravity loves to go down so if your pulling the skin down later on in life, your neck and face is going to be droopy. Think about it, if anyone has ever had a facial, the lady doing it always takes the skin upwards! Just thought I'd mention it because a lot of people/women do it wrong. Like I said, I'm 55 and my face and neck has not one wrinkle. My mom is 86 and she has none either and she is the one that taught me this timeless trick. @@SarahsMarie_ hi, it's not only the face and neck that you should be going upwards also the legs. Everywhere on your body should be taken upwards as gravity likes to show its face when we get older! Always cream your feet too, people tend to forget about them but who wants ashy dry feet! Hope this helps. Don't forget we are like a plant, if we don't moisturise our skin it's going to wrinkle, a plant needs water to be healthy. Aww, that's such a lovely thing to say 😊 thank you. At 39 i've finally learned that my cycle is something i need to prepare for and there's things i can do to make it "easier" versus just suffering. Some things i have started doing are : getting full body massages a few days before, adding more magnesium either pill form or bananas to my diet, taking epsom salt baths and of course the heating pad or travel on the go heating pads. These things haven't been cure all's persay but have def helped. ❤

This happened to me. What helped was I got rid of everything I wasn’t already using (new water bottles, new body oils, new feminine products). For the pms symptoms I really recommend you look into evening primrose oil. You can get it in the oil form or tablet form. I started taking it 4 years ago cuz it seemed like everytime my period was coming I would have super emotional breakdowns and get breakouts on my face. Now I do have to say when I stop taking it I can tell my mood changes and I feel super emotional again. I used to think I must’ve had unbalanced hormones or something but primrose oil really helped balance my hormones out when I’m consistent with it. The best thing is that it’s natural.

Hey lady! I know you are young, but like my momma used to say, “Please get a 2nd and 3rd opinion from different medical providers”. I say this because I’ve continued to keep up with my primary care appointments, as well as gynecological appointments. The doctors only want to run certain procedures based on age, but I kept pressing the issue about nausea, extreme anemia, heavy cycles. I kept being told it was normal for my weight. Well long story short my weight gain and other symptoms were due to fibroids that have continued to grow. Praise God they’re not cancer, but unfortunately as women of color we can be more susceptible to certain things. If I didn’t push for an ultrasound and MRI, goodness. Who knows? But the Lord had me covered! ☝🏾 All in all I do have to have surgery, but I’m thankful that after 2+ years the problem is finally resolved.
