Yes girlll! You can return pretty much anything !? if you don’t like a flat iron or a hair tool you’ve got you can return it, you’ve used perfume if not liking ? return it. obviously it has to be be gently used but u can return almost anything . Ulta I feel has the best return policy out of everywhere but yeah girl I only found that out several years back but it’s been a blessing ever since lol
