Open market is very good for peppers. In my part of UK , you get two bowls for a £1 from 6pm in the evening and you can get up to 14-20 ball peppers in total depending on the season

Carrot and pepper stays longer inside bottom vegetable rack in the fridge.Potatoes are okay outside in a cool area.
