Hi my dear you can maybe get up an hour earlier in the week and just put a load of washing on everyday if possible and then get ready for work and after that hang the washing up. when you get home at night you can then fold up the washing and you can also try meal preparation like make a big pot of food and eat on it for two or three nights. Then you can sweep the house and clean the dishes after you have eaten then spend time with the family. I'm sure your husband helps you which will be better for you.
