The statues & the naga are from the "Churning of the Sea of Milk" gallery wall on Ankor Wat. It is the story of the making of the elixir of life from the Maharabata.

I had never heard of it before myself. I saw it on one of my rides and I wanted to see what it was. I was impressed with it.
