Hello friends💛 How are you doing? The rainy season in Japan is cloudy, wet, and hot... Nothing I like about it. But I realize, that if I look for something I like, I can cheer myself up!🤗 PS: A reply of a comment will not show up in my notification! I appreciate you write a new comment so I wouldn’t miss out your comments that I enjoy reading 🎶

Hello Linna. I have been going back and watching some of your old videos from before I subscribed to your channel . You used to show your boys faces a lot! I never see them in your new videos. They are so handsome!🥰 I love videos. Love from Tennessee 🤗💕

This is very calming. You care a great deal about your family. It's heart-warming. It reminds me of Japan, the respect that people have for one another. Even though I can't speak Japanese, I enjoy these videos.

It is so nice you can get out for breakfast and coffee with your friends ! The menu looked very delicious. I am sure your husband and kids enjoyed the Fathers Day dinner, lots of variety. The pineapple idea looked very interesting, I will try it soon! Thank you for sharing your time with us 😊

Happy that you got to go out with your friends and have a delicious breakfast and a fun time. The hydrangeas were so pretty. I love your nail polish; such a sweet color. The ume juice sounds perfectly delicious and just to my taste! The Father's Day dinner was great, too. I hope you are having a wonderful week! 💖 I am sorry I haven't been able to comment on a few videos but please know I watch every one on my TV eagerly and enjoy them all. Work has just been stressful with long days and sometimes I fall asleep before I remember to get on my tablet to comment.

In Germany this granulated sugar is called Kandis. especially in northern Germany it is often drunk with some cream (do not stir!) in black tea. The food looks very good. am hungry again 😋 Have a nice week🧡 Love from Germany

Oh! May I ask… so the tea will be sweeter in the end than beginning if I don’t stir it? I am so curious to learn more when it come to food😅 Thank you always💛Greeting to you and family 💛

@@LinnainJapan here is an excerpt from a description of the "East Frisian ceremony": Before pouring, place a Kluntje, a large piece of brown or white rock candy, in the cup. The tea is now poured into the tea cups on the Kluntje. Here the Kluntje begins to crackle characteristically. Then add a few drops of cream with a cream spoon. Usually the cream is poured in carefully at the rim of the cup so that a "cloud of cream" can form. The tea is traditionally drunk without stirring, so that first the milky tea taste can be tasted on the edge of the cup, then the tart tea aroma in the middle of the cup and finally the sweetness of the sugared tea on the bottom of the cup. This process stems from the fact that people used to want to use the expensive Kluntje for as long as possible (over several cups of tea). Let me know if you try it. Have a nice weekend

Hello again from New Zealand Linna. Can you tell me about the ume fruit please - what type of fruit is it exactly? Is it a type of citrus fruit? it looks like a small green plum to me. Do you make anything else with it? Best wishes Andrea. 🌺
@LinnainJapan2 жыл бұрын
The Ume we call in Japanese can be explain as Japanese plum I think. But it’s not really correct so I didn’t mention in the vlog. It’s green and unripe. And I apologize that I say juice but I was actually making the syrup for the juice! I am too used to think them as juice💦 you can dilute the syrup with water, carbonated water, or even milk or whisky! It tastes very fruity!

PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS MEANT BY UME JUICE AND CRYSTAL SUGAR? IT'S MUCH CONFUSING BECAUSE I AM LIVING IN USA AND ONLY WHITE OR BROWN SUGAR IS AVAILABLE THERE
@LinnainJapan2 жыл бұрын
The sugar also called rock sugar, it’s sugar in a bigger solid form ✨ Ume is Japanese plum if I have to say, but I don’t think it’s appropriate to use the word “plum” 😅
