The striped dress is SO beautiful on you! I have a very similar body type to you and I want it! I can totally relate to your body image comments. I workout just like you and I am so strong, and in those moments I feel so great about myself. The second I feel bloated I immediately think "I am so out of shape, why am I not skinnier, I haven't been eating well enough, I need to lose weight." Which is SO not true because our bodies are so healthy and strong. Think about how sad life would be if we didn't indulge in that good pasta or glass of wine... I'm sorry you felt that way today, but just know a girl like me also feels the same :) Much love to you Katy, your vlogs feel like a warm hug to me!

I just had the same thing happen to me when I went to meet Cody Rigsby a few weeks ago. I bought a new dress was so excited to wear it I felt so good leaving the house then I saw the picture I took with him at a bad angle (even Cody complimented the dress) & I got soooo upset I cried & felt so disgusted in myself. I walked out of the event & I got sooo many compliments on my dress with so many people asking where it was from which made me feel better but still I couldn’t get out of my head. It’s just so hard with social media & all the pressure put on people to be perfect that it really can mess with you.

@5:35 the dress looks great on you! But I can relate, I had to be convinced by my boyfriend one day to buy this yellow dress that hugged my belly. I hate emphasizing my belly in tight clothing. I saw pictures of me in this dress afterwards as well and am not a fan of how I looked, however sometimes the angle did flatter me and then I get a glimpse of what my bf saw

I also struggle with body image & dysmorphia 🥲 I don’t have a flat stomach and I’ve always had a little pouch, no matter how thin I was. It’s something I’m working on accepting and loving but it’s so hard 😪 I’m glad that I’m not alone and can relate to you!
