In this one, we took my baby girl to get her ears pierced, and Uriah had his first soccer game of the season! 🥰 I’m also getting sharing an update on my postpartum journey, Plus, I’m giving you a look at my 2024 fall decor around the house. Yes when they get older they can move to any of the bedrooms on the other two levels if they decide to but for now since they’re so young I like everyone being on the same level at night.

Also if you have spa or med spa that offers body treatments, radio frequency (contouring) is great for tightening the skin. 6-10 treatments is usually standard, since you’re eating great and working out you should get great results!

I love those chomp sticks! I was a ride or die for Slim Jim’s but chomps are better for you and they actually taste better to me. They even sell mini ones. I’ve been hooked since my PTA (I’m a teacher) gave us some in our appreciation baskets last year

I heard jumping jacks or any vertical exercise helps bounce skin back. Also, any vertical exercise is more beneficial than horizontal exercises i.e. 15 minutes of jump roping equals to 30 minutes of running. Great video as usual.
