I too have been making my own cleaning products for a while now & I invested in a large set of essential oils so that I can switch up the scents seasonally, it’s been really fun!

My mom used to give me one drawer in the kitchen only for me and my toys, so I only opened that one to take out stuff and the other drawers were safe.

Good catch with the fork!! Auwwh... great to see babies who eat so well. Well, I believe the "solution" for the "drawer" is to teach the children NOT to open it... He-he.. ♡♡♡ xx

we did that with the Tupperware drawer. Everything in there was safe and our kids were more interested in those boxes than in any of the toys.😆

I also went non toxic route in my home, cleaning supplies was quite easy for me, but I am getting rid of all my parfumes and that will be quite challenge for me.😅 I was surprised that Nalia is already forward facing in carseat, is there any reason for that? We plan to stay rear hopefully at least till 4 years hopefully longer.

I make alot of our cleaners-they’re so awesome! I take my non toxic spray with us when we travel and spray down our hotel rooms ❤We live in a log cabin and grow our food and preserve it! It’s a lot of work to nourish your soil- we do the hugelkulture method ❤

Nalia is copying you Annie, she's watching you open the draws and also using a fork to eat. It's so amazing how so many things are learnt from your parents by observing. Some things are instinct too. But it blows my mind how the human body and brain works and develops! The soup looked so nice too! x 😚

We never regretted letting our kids sleep with us. Those are some very precious memories. The first year they slept with us pretty regularly, then slowly transitioned to their own beds /bedrooms and still were allowed to sleep with us when they were afraid, sick or teething. By the time they were 2 they were sleeping in their own bed (apart from when they would get sick) and that transition was very smooth. Would do it exactly like we did it again and again. It gave our kids a sense of security and helped them to gradually get used to sleeping on their own.

Annie, I think you would enjoy the Netflix documentary Live to 100. It is a man that researches the lifestyle of some remote places in the planet where people live very long and healthy, and he travels to this places to meet the locals and know how they live, it is very interesting and also touching because of the old people that he interviews 🥲 BTW another fan of Kaiserchmarrn here 🤤 living in Munich for 5 years and I only discovered it last year, I can't stop since then 😂 I love the one they have in Laurin restaurant, in Virtualienmarkt
