I celebrated my birthday traveling to Ilocos Norte Province, the northernmost prvince in the Ilocos Region, Philippines. I really wanted to go here since I was in high school and I’m happy I already made it happen. It’s my first time in the said province and I will be happy to go back anytime I have a chance.
