The four agreements is a book that has been in my household since the 90s. Now, it is in my grown children's book collection.🙂 a life altering book. I like that. You have a perspective on religion. @thebonnicks I do a snack like cucumbers and avocado together it's really good drink a lot of water , I have another snack that's really good zucchini in the air fryer slice them up into strips put a little bread crumbs on them add just a little more seasoned if you want too I try to stay away from a lot of salt that's a really good snack,you can dip them in just a little bit of fat free ranch or whatever type of dressing you desire , beets are good too all those things I substitute them for a meal they work for me 🤗 and you will have a lot of energy 🙏🏾 I hope it goes well for you stay blessed and pray ♥️
