However, it’s a very secular space/ company & so when I’m talking to people I can’t mention God/Jesus even though I know in my spirit that He’s the missing puzzle piece in their life! So I’ve been praying and praying for the past year for God to order my next steps & he recently pointed me in that direction! Hey Deborah, As a girlie also on her pcos/health journey, non stick pans are so bad for your hormones! the non stick coating will get into your food. however if you still want to use it, it is wise to only use utensils that wont scratch the coating off like wood. tin, stainless, or cast iron cookware is the healthiest!

My sugar cravings stem from not eating enough. I discovered that eating a fast absorbing carbs with my meals was the key to feeling satisfied. Such as: white rice, sourdough bread, noodles, corn-tortillas, natural maple-syrup, honey. Paired with natural foods: fruits/grains/legumes/potatoes/greens etc these make us full (fiber), and of course don’t forget your protein and healthy fats. I’m not a registered dietitian. This is what I discovered that works for me. Hoping it’ll help❤

If God's word says we are not to make any graven images of "anything" in heaven above or the earth beneath, then I will not wear any necklace with such, even if it's a crucifix. Jesus is in my belief, my heart and actions, it's Spiritual. That's what should show others I'm a Christian (follower of Christ, not religion) and make me feel close to God. Not saying you, but many people wear crosses, even rub them in their hands praying with them thinking they're protected if they do that, while really living for the enemy day to day.
