Currently doing the Book of Ruth with my church’s women’s Bible study, Romance and Redemption. (There’s also a feee study plan on the Bible app) I didn’t realize how many of us are/were still feeling chained to our forgiven sins. Satan really wanted me to be held captive to my forgiven sins, but I am redeemed!!!! Praying this helps release those chains others may still be feeling. ❤

I love the Lord, I live everyday falling more in love with Jesus, not always easy going, married for almost 30 years to a non believer( I wasn’t saved when I first got married) and my only child, my son Nicholas is also not a believer, he’s gay and has lost any faith that he was raised in, I’ve cried, I’ve prayed and continue to pray to no avail, I feel like sometimes I need to do more, because it’s SO painful when I think of them not going to heaven one day, please pray for Nicholas and my husband John.

You should track your periods! I use an app called Flo but there are other apps. It helps me so much because that happens to me too and I feel like to really affects my relationship with God cause my hormones are constantly changing and I confuse it with spiritual warefare 😂. I find it so helpful to understand my cycle.

Idk if you take anything for pcos but magnesium supplements are the ultimate hormone balancer for women..I was taking them combined with b6 (helps with relaxation) and the mood swings weren’t a burden anymore. Highly recommend. Of course do your own research❤
