I cannot stress how important these videos are to me. The mundane tasks, a lot of people just get on with as if it’s second nature to them can be very difficult for people who have gotten themselves into a rut, or like myself struggle with mental health. I’m not commenting this to gain sympathy or anything of the sort because honestly, mental health is a battle so many people struggle with, I’m fully aware I’m not the only one. I want you to know how much your videos have helped someone who struggles to work out and eat well and keep on top of house hold chores.
