I'm plus size as you can see lol but what I have dealt with throughout my life is men wanting me for sexual purposes. From a young age. What made me realize I was broken was i was in my 20s and had dated this guy named Lamont for months and he had only hugged me, held my hand, and kissed me on the cheeks. So one day I asked him if he was attracted to me because he had not tried to be sexual and he said of course because he spent all his free time with me. So I asked him why he didn't try to be with me and he told me because he respected me and wanted to treat me as a lady. Know one had ever told me anything like that. It made me realize how negatively programed my mind was.

Hey Joy, I love you! I love your stories! Tell more stories, please! 😂😢 Like I said in one of your other videos about GLP-1 Semaglutides; ppl be CAREFUL!!! I have PCOS, but I didn’t get on this medication for weight loss. I got on this medication for diabetes. With a prescription with my insurance from a Doctor who I’ve been seeing for 10 years. It ended me up in the hospital after two years, I was throwing up blood I started throwing up everything in my stomach to a point where all I was throwing up was blood and it was major. I had to carry a bowl with me while I got to the hospital because I could not stop vomiting turned out, I ended up in the hospital for four days because I had an upper G.I. bleed and I had a Mary Weiss Tear at the same time. I was on three different new medication’s for three months because of it. I started a different one which was Mounjaro. My doctor thought that that wouldn’t be as bad. Well, I could feel the effects in the first three months. So I stopped that as well. Now I’ll take a medial 15 units of insulin a day. It’s an injection. It’s easy and it controls my sugar. So everybody just be careful when you take these. Joy just watch for the symptoms that they do warn you about. I can see that you’ve lost some weight and that’s awesome. I’m not trying to be negative. I’m not a pessimist. I’m a realist. Just be careful with that again. I am in the healthcare field. I’ve been an occupational therapist for 22 years so I guess I’m a little overprotective of people I care about and I care about you Joy, and I’ve taken these meds so I can speak on my experience only. It’s serious and you can die from it. I hope it’s safe for you guys, but just keep an eye out. Your aperture is better thank you. Also, thank you for the posts! The bathroom song I loved it. Because I miss your car chats, but not only did you include the Car chat situation but you also included Christmas as a song lmfao!!! You’ve been on it girl, you’ve been getting it in. Keep it up! I know u feel good, it shows. ❤

When you said your brother was like does he know yall dating I didn't take it as him asking that question because of your size. I took it as a brother knowing the guy you were dating wasn't shit. To me, it was a very uncaring thing to say and very dismissive whatever the meaning behind it I’m only speaking from my experience. I can understand where you’re coming from. I understand how you feel. I have a lot of males in my family as well, but I have heard him speak to other people in a kinder way to me to say something like that to me at that time was very negative and unkind and there was a better way to say that and that gave me a complex I’m speaking on my interpretation and what led to my self worth feelings. I can’t Explain how it was said or what the meaning was behind it being said all I can say is how I felt about hearing that at that time. And how that led me to self worth issues

I'm on 5 ml and my doctor is going up to 7.5 the higher the dose the more weight you lose, I know some ladies on 12ml and they are skinny now, this shot really work, you have to make yourself eat, Joy I can eat cookies it's real food I have issues with eating and I get full after a couple of bits.

On the journey it’s time to get better eating habits, exercises routines, vitamins & hormones under control, etc. Nothing worse than dropping a ton of weight on the shot and still having bad habits that cause regain instead of losing holistically and easing into your maintenance dose.
