You need to arrange the pork chops better than that. There was still space to move them around to cook evenly. Temp on too high. Pork doesn't take long to cook.

Using the sane fork you poked raw meat with to stir your other food will cause cross contamination. This is why i'm so reluctant to eat other people's food and eat out in restaurants. It's very important to be clean when cooking. The kitchen needs to be clean before cooking.....
