I’m amazed that he doesn’t know ppl absolutely can pay that much money for rent or mortgage. Not bragging at all, my mortgage is 10,500 per month. Location plays a role in how much one’s rent or mortgage payments are. I do enjoy my amenities, location, and views I have in my upscale neighborhood. Ppl put money into their environment if they have it, they don’t just buy clothes that’s not an investment. IJS

@ 😂 I could never tell you how much you pay or don’t pay for mortgage/rent. The audacity, 😂, my husband pays it every month effortlessly bc we work hard and have been extremely blessed. Sometimes he doubles up on it if his business has had an outstanding month financially. Oh it’s mortgage not rent, we invest in us and our family. Here in CA I pay 3k a month rn for an “average” regular shmegular apartment. 2 beds 2 baths. And I am not wealthy. I’m lookin to move lol And yes a lot of the homes that burned down here were million dollar homes w very expensive rents/mortgages. BUT who’s to say that any or some of them would have been completely paid off too tho.
