Hey Beautiful! You are so right about seasonings. I found a bunch of “Garlic Pepper” and other seasonings that have so much sodium it’s ridiculous. I have found only garlic powder and salt free seasonings being low in sodium. I watch my sodium because I have HBP on both sides of my family. I do not eat red meat- only chicken and fish. I don’t add sodium but my BP tends to be high. I read we should not go over 200mg of sodium in a day but that is nearly impossible. I try to keep under 750mg or less. I still feel you about above floor tenants. My landlord had wall-to-wall carpet then added laminate flooring and there was definitely a change. The tenants above me are in the process of eviction that are loud and annoying. I can deal with it for now but imma a ♋️ and petty af #pettylabelle. If I’m not sleeping, they are not sleeping. I will deal with Karma later. The Creator knows my ❤.

Hey. Yes we can’t do salt I only use a sprinkle in things like mashed potatoes rice etc which is rare but I completely get it. It’s hard. I would say try flavor god. And omg these neighbors be ridiculous atleast they’re moving out soon so you can be free of them. I’m screaming. Not pettylabelle 😆

I understand how you feel I have people above me who the same thing I hate it!!!!!
