@cshannon6872 I feel u but it was a cash prize and I paid money that I didn't really have to enter my pieces into the contest only to feel like I wasn't given a fair shake, and prince and Bob marley legends, the other shit wasn't more "original" it was just a horse and technique wise it wasn't better and it was 1/3rd my picture size, when u scale something up it's way more work u have to put into it but oh well

It was biased from the get go, you even said it, SMALL COUNTRY TOWN, they definitely dont get the vision....But just entering was BIG, as a fellow creative, the hardest thing is sharing and putting out your gifts just for it to not be well received is a MF....Take it as an opportunity to expand your range because then you can do what they do AND you still have your flavor...So like Black Outlaws, pioneers or black cowboys as opposed to black entertainment figures....Keep it up cuz, its a marathon....Outro
