If you're empathetic, sensitive, reflective, strong and a caregiver type of woman, from my experience, as a soon to be 68 year old woman, many people won't take responsibility for their actions if they hurt you. Many times I have been made to feel that the onus is on me and that I have done them wrong. I can own my shit but many times, it's about pride for them, sweep it under the carpet, disappear, without explanation, leaving me confused and hurt. Maybe this is part of what you're going through but this is a theme in my life. No matter how kind, understanding and kind you are, once you set boundaries, someone will still try to find fault in you.

When I started menopause, I was easily irritated. My husband told me he often didn’t know what to say because he felt like it was going to be the wrong thing. I had to think about what he said, but realized my emotions were unstable. You should call Mr. and make things right. Sounds like he didn’t want to say or do the wrong thing. Hi Plat. I know exactly how you feel. I am the sweetest person with a heart of gold and will give you my last. I've been dealing with trauma from years ago and it has affected me tremendously. I just want to go back to the person I was before all of my trauma. When my mood would change my Mother (rest her beautiful soul) use to tell me that my scale (I'm a Libra) was off balance just to make me laugh and yes when that scale is unbalanced I'm pure HELL. I try not to let anything or anyone bring me there but sometimes it's hard. Hang in there you will get through this. Love Ya💜💜

I agree with you Plat. The funeral home people need to send out notices to the families not just post something. After a certain time then they can take stuff up. I bet if people owed something…grief is triggering. I feel you Plat.
