I’m a pastry professional with some experience with this exact recipe! 1- make sure your oven is fully preheated: a lower temp makes them spread more. Also, I know she called for aluminum foil in the recipe to encourage spreading, but I’ve always had the best results with parchment paper!

It's such a real fear. I had to do blood work the other day, which usually brings me to the verge of puking or passing out.....LOL. I just got back from camping too!! That food poisoning situation is also my worst emetephobic nightmare omg, but you got through it! Also I relate to when you’re like .. instead of throwing up I’m just gonna suffer longer than I need to for this to... find another way out lol

I'm also emetophobic! I so so profoundly understand how it is to be sick in the middle of nowhere. I also often have *lower tummy* problems so I am always THE person to be sick when everybody's going on juuuust fine. So embarrassing and anxiety-inducing, and when nausea kicks in as well it's just the worst. I really really loved your vlog, I giggled all the way through. As some others said this is the friend group I wish I could have 🥲

omg i had the exact same food poisoning last week right before going to see my boyfriend (although i did throw up twice so that was awful). i had to delay my train by 1.5 days and i was still nauseous on the train :( glad to see it didnt happen before your trip!
