How To Stop Binge Eating & Eat to Live For Good

Today was kinda crazy, but I wanted to share it with you.
I had one of those days where I just didn't feel like doing much, ya know?
But I still stayed true to healthy eating, even when I wanted to reach for something quick and easy…
And even though I wasn't feeling well, I made sure to listen to my body and eat what it needed.
Let's keep it simple and stick together on this journey to staying healthy! 🌱💪

Hey Cheri! I am so happy you’re vlogging again. I hope you feel better soon from the medication and I hope you can get off the medication soon. You look great and I really appreciate how real and relatable you are. We all have those days once in a while of just eating whatever’s available, but you’re right. We have the energy to nourish ourselves and we just have to realize it. I’m amazed by you and everything you’ve overcome. ❤️

I love how you, in essence, coached yourself. Potential Energy - I love this. Eating good doesn't always mean easy or even a desire. But when your body told you how badly you needed to, especially today, YOU LISTENED and did NOT IGNORE. Wishing you a great rest of your day. Huge hug!

This was a good video. This spoke to me. I get that way when I'm lazy, tired , and not feeling well. I put my healthy eating to back burner. You're right. Let's reach for healthier options. Oats are very easy. And you mentioned medication gets you weird in the head. Mine does the same thing if I miss a day.... Ugh 😢 hope you feel better soon. Take care❤

The last few days have been TOUGH for me. Just trying to get in a smoothie this morning so at least I'll have some greens. Hopefully that'll set me up for success.

Tough is part of the game, as you know Anna. At least a smoothie will help tremendously. One meal at a time, one thought at a time. You've got this!!

I know this was a while back but have you considered taking some echineacia(sp) in the dropper form typically including it in a smoothie but it does also come in a pill form to add extra immune defense? Not sure how it might interact with meds but I thought if throw out the suggestion.
