Initially, I felt guilty about it, but I realized this is the perfect time to discover new hobbies, rest, and give myself some grace and patience.
I want to encourage you all to do the same. Be kind to yourself, and allow yourself the freedom to do what feels right in the moment. Embrace this time to explore, relax, and recharge. Take care, and remember that it's okay to take a step back when you need it.
