Also!! Four seasons in four weeks is an incredible book written by a woman explaining our hormone cycles and it has a little section for the men each chapter, so helpful! Each week it explains what is going on emotionally with tips and tricks including communication, nutrition, exercise..it’s amazing !!

Arguing pre wedding is definitely a thing! It's costly and it's not easy to plan an entire wedding, it also unearths family drama you wouldn't have expected sometimes. We tried to keep everything simple albeit non traditional: no wedding party (bridesmaids/grooms men), no bridal shower, just a wedding to focus on and plan. I have no regrets about that :) love watching you guys keep it real about wedding planning.... it's certainly a journey

I 100% relate to the PMS! 2-6 days before my cycle is a very high risk time for my my boyfriend and I 😅 it’s basically the only time we fight. I’m so easily triggered when he does or says something the slightest bit annoying or offensive, that I would easily brush off at any other time. Ugh. It’s the worst.

Just finished planning a wedding and I totally relate to all these feelings! It’s all temporary and for sure just stress and pressure. I would always lose it on the planning details before my period too! Just look forward to the blissful honeymoon phase to follow!

We got married June 2023, it was such an amazing day and we tried to be very intentional with our time. Howeverrrrrrr haha, my husband and I have never argued so much leading up to the wedding. I felt like I was going crazy, I couldn’t sleep, we felt so unhappy but, we started communicating more and tried to let go of things we couldn’t control. I feel you on the stress though!
