Hey Chelsie while I do understand you finding it necessary to "get back to you" there is never going to be a time in your life where there wont be episodes of "shambles" as you called them. Friends are going to be there regardless if you are every day or only in touch once a few months. As adults it is understood that we have lives and priorities but our initial priority to self should be care. Self-care includes being social and interacting with others. When one stops doing this they can find themselves piling on stressors that could be eliminated with a simple call to a friend or a "hey what's up girl" conversation. You can still get on your grind and be social. It's is imperative to your life and a healthy part of it as well. Blessings,

I enjoy your vlogs. I think sometimes we all need a break. It sounds like you needed a break, and that’s okay. Don’t beat yourself up for taking some downtime. I’ve started scheduling in my downtime because I really do need it. I do one day a week, just a day to catch up on my shows, lay around and I do my self care on those days. I’ve been less stressed now that I schedule it in and allow myself time to be lazy. Keep up the good work. You are doing great!! ❤
