I haven’t picked up my camera to vlog in over a month; it was definitely time to catch up! Lately, I’ve been slowly trying to shift my lifestyle habits to improve my pcos symptoms and be consistent in multiple aspects of my life. You know life be lifing so it’s a challenge juggling it all lol.

Yes girl!!! I have PCOS and I made the switch to Basmati rice! I’ve recently given up rice altogether and eat cauliflower rice!

I am going to dye my hair the color you did in June and grow it out. I am going to do self care 2023 and look better. You are the second PCOS youtuber I follow.
