Changing their sleep patterns in kids is like changing sleep patterns for adults we adjust to time changes and is hard for us older folks as well. But we adjust. Your boys will too. They have a years worth of sleep patterns to change. You are a good mom

Hi Jen, I enjoy watching you and your handsome baby boys! You are such a wonderful mom! I worked at a Mother’s Day Out program for four years and I love babies. Please do not be hard on yourself all babies are different on how much sleep they require. Nothing is wrong with two naps. You will for sure no when they are ready to give up one of the naps. The biggest problem I had with moms was when the moms got together and would say there baby does this or that then the other mom would think something was wrong because there’s wasn’t doing it. Jen if you have a Church with a MDO program twice a week you would love it and so would the boys. Will give you a nice break and not feel so mentally drained. I don’t no if you are still closed down due to COVID or not. You are such a sweetheart!

Glad you are well I thought of you yesterday and was hoping all was well. Kids look great you look great. The weather here in Pittsburgh the weather here yesterday was 70 degrees and today 40 degrees. Naps and changing is tricky but it will fall in place. Wait and see. Glad you are well try with the nap just try if not success. Stop feeling guilty this is a hard gig to master. It will fall into place all of a sudden. Look at the job you are doing with these boys. There is no reason to feel guilty. This is not failure they are not ready yet.

Don’t be guilty. You’re doing a great job with the twins. I’m a new mom here of a 5 month old and I couldn’t make it without any house help. But you just do it by yourself, hands down!

Your surgery area the glue is similar to the self dissolving stitches and will dissolve on it's own keep washing the hair as ordered and in between dab the area with alcohol wipes and this will help the process along. I hope now you can wave bye bye to migraines

I just wanted to add a comment about you feeling so low about the whole 1 nap thing....... We as moms always do the best we can and not to negate your feelings but learn to give yourself credit and always be flexible-you’re doing great girl!!!! Don’t worry b/c boys will feel that- and “never let them see you sweat” You love them You will always strive to do your best for them You ARE ENOUGH!!!!!
