Hi eyol, if you wanna try to go heavier with weight 4:20 I suggest you do the drop set method. You begin your set with a heavier weight and do them for a small amount of reps. Maybe 2 sets of 6-8 reps (4-6 if it might be hard) then you do your working set for another set of maybe 8-10 reps, and then a light weight for 12-15 reps. You can alter the numbers however you want, the point is to start heavy so you can get used to it! Hope this helps :)

I don’t know if you can find matcha in German supermarkets but I found out that you can buy it in DM and Rossmann. Both cost a rounded up 10€. In Asian supermarkets it a expensive too
