*** Feedback Please *** LMK if you have any suggestions for improvement. For example, if you want more footage of neighborhoods, can't see something clearly or have any other trouble like sound etc. We appreciate hearing from you and do the best we can each week. Time and energy is usually the problem.

Info on any amenities, how long of walking distance to parks, groceries, parks, restaurants. If there is outdoor options like biking trails near. Bike lanes to amenity, etc.

Hi DJKenny. All great suggestions. Thank you very much.

I would suggest the following. Mount an external GoPro(s) one straight ahead, one to the side, so you can show more of the areas you visit without having to concentrate on filming Jessica so much (we all like you none the less 😃). Keep her voiceover audio and narration though, just use more "outside of vehicle video". Having external cameras would show the scenery better than shooting it through the windshield. Secondly, lower the background music level. Other ideas: have a map overlay showing the entire route, then use a pin on top of this route to show where we currently are. I actually followed along on Google Maps, but a highlighted route would have made this easier. Also add the name of the road and direction as a caption on the screen somewhere, along with the landmark or neighborhood we are seeing. Keep the text on screen until we approach or change locations 👍. Always informative and well presented guys 👍!!

Hi Twobarpsi. Thanks for the feedback. We agree on the background music. It was just getting too late (early in the morning actually) to do one more fix and rendering of the video so Chris went with that. Thanks for confirming what we thought. The other ideas are good. Chris wanted to do captions after the tour tracker, but again, time was the problem. A map with a highlight is a good idea instead of the arrow. We do have a GoPro but have not used it much. The straight and side shots are good ideas. Thanks again for the support and input.

My fiancée and I just moved to Lake Elsinore, Canyon Hills RD area at the end of March. While we love our new condo, our long term goal is a single family house in Murrieta/Temecula. Thank you for these informative videos. I’m going to binge watch them so I know which neighborhoods to look into.

Enjoying your videos (I subscribed) as we’ll be seriously looking to relocate from New York State late next year hopefully when the housing market bursts. Wondering what the property taxes are on a 500k house in areas you cover.
@moving2murrieta2 жыл бұрын
Hi! The property tax range in our area is 1.1% being rock bottom up to 2% on the high end. The newer the home the higher the property taxes as a general rule. Happy to have a Zoom or phone call whenever you are ready to answer any questions you have 👍

I definitely agree that the school boundaries for Skyview Ridge do not make any sense at all. However, the issue is that the school boundaries were created long before Vista Murrieta or Skyview Ridge even existed, and there has been residents fighting to change the boundaries, but Perris High School District has always been VERY stubborn about letting go of students.
@moving2murrieta Жыл бұрын
That is disappointing to hear that about Perris school district and not in the best interest of the students which should be their priority. 😔

Spencer’s Crossing is unincorporated Riverside County too. And Google Maps/Apple Maps might think your address is Menifee or Winchester.
@moving2murrieta2 жыл бұрын
That is definitely true that the addresses and school zoning are a little wonky in Spencer's Crossing. Thanks for the good points and comment.

Some people say that Temecula and Murietta are just commuter towns for people who work in San Diego. Do you agree? I wish there was a real 4 year University within reach or choices for colleges. The area itself is nice there.
@moving2murrieta2 жыл бұрын
Hi Lupe. Fair point on Universities. The closest UC is Riverside to the north or San Diego to the south. There is Cal State San Marcos and Mt. San Jacinto is a junior college. There is a former Abbott labs building in the heart of Temecula near the mall that is getting built out to be a new Mt. San Jacinto College campus. It is going to be a 350,000 Sq Ft Building on 27 acres. Here is a link. schoolconstructionnews.com/2021/08/10/mt-san-jacinto-college-unveils-new-california-campus/

Hi Jessica - for all the new construction, are they all being built w solar panels? Is the price for solar baked into the home & lot price or do we purchase them separately from the solar panel manufacturer?
@moving2murrieta2 жыл бұрын
Hi M G. As of 2020 all new construction is required to have Solar in California. No, it is not baked into the price. It is almost always the option of the Buyer to make it a purchase or a lease. The major builders have a preferred solar manufacturer. I hope that helps and thanks for the good questions.

Hi Anora925 which point? The blooper where I say "west" even though the video is about the "east" this time for part 2? Chris thinks that stuff is funny so we leave it in sometimes on purpose. If something else please LMK. Appreciate the feedback.
