Sis Buli sorry please in lighten me, in a situation where we both pregnant with the helper, did you find it easy to also be fair and let go, which obviously you might be looking at the factors that even after maternity she still needs to nurse the baby and you also need help or there's helpers willing on an agreed period to take off work and come back

Not really. She’s struggling to keep up with work because she’s giving birth soon plus she also asked for time off once her baby arrived. So it’s not possible to have her work while she’s 9 months . She needs to rest. I’m paying her even while she’s not here knowing that she may not get a chance to find a new job in that state . It’s just common sense that I also need assistance that’s why I need to find someone else because realistically speaking she cannot physically assist me in anyway. So I don’t think it’s unfair dismissal if we’ve been chatting about it since Jan. We knew the time would come for us to part ways either for a few months or forever depending on if I get someone new that I like .
