I’m 47, have a 22 year old daughter and my body is definitely slowing down metabolism wise. Also, I am perimenopausal which is killing me. I’m young at heart and for sure do not feel my age. I have a suggestion for some running pants (my ultimate favorite from Amazon) “Activewear Thick High Waist Tummy Compression Slimming Body Leggings Pant” by Homma. You’ll love them the length will be long enough for you. I had to shorten mine for my 29” inseam. I bought a size Large and I’m 5’3” and 195lb. They’re so good.

just take it one day at a time. You are doing great. I know exactly where you are coming from. I have struggled all my life with my weight and I`m a real fussy eater which makes it extremely hard to diet, and at the age of 62 I still struggle. So keep doing what your doing.

You look great Paige!! I’ve heard when it comes to weight loss, lifting weights and eating a lot of protein is good. Diet is key. Exercise is great but what we eat is much more crucial. I’m trying to get myself to take better care of myself and I’ve done a lot of research. It’s starting that’s the hardest for me.

Protein is soo important. And you’ll be full for longer. 1g per cm of height if you’re doing body recomposition. It’s hard but it’s helped me immensely with being full and fueled for workouts

Look into high impact sports bras. The have adjustable straps and band with heavy duty velcrow. I had one years ago and I’m large chested as well I could run and they wouldn’t go anywhere. I can’t remember the brand but I know your struggle.
