Hey sis some tips for you hair: 1) hair extensions and heat will damage your hair over time for sure. Make sure you’re using a heat protectant 2) even if you want your hair to grow you need to get regular trims. This prevents split ends from traveling up the hair. 3) don’t twist your hair up in a towel. It’s really rough on your hair and can cause breakage. 4) don’t brush your hair when it’s wet. Comb it gently and wait to blow dry until your hair is around 80% dry if you can! 5) research and look into adding rosemary water and hair oiling to your routine! I hope this helps some! ❤

Extensions and heat tools damage your hair, and the more damaged your hair is the shorter it will get. You mentioned your curls don’t stay anymore, that’s because your hair is too damaged! You need to get trims like every third month also! 🤗 hope that helps

Hey Steph! I went through a similar thing with my hair after a big loss. It's definitely super common that stress and grieving can have its toll on the body that way, so vitamins are a good step to ensure to fill in the gaps when you may not feel your best/be able to at times. It will totally even out though 🤗 My Mom, fiance and I are also totally obsessed with peanut and we'll def have to get all the Pottery Barn stuff!

Don’t use a towel to put up your hair steph. It will make your hair fall out and damage it overtime. Use a T-shirt or pillow case. I do it now!! And definitely recommend sleeping on a silk pillow case!! I have natural curly hair so I understand.

I’ve shaved my arms since 6th grade dude! My arm hair does not grow back thick or anything like that! I’m 26 now and I’ll start to see hair after like 2 weeks.. my arm hair was very hair before I started shaving them! Now they’ll grow back thin. (I’ll get a rash sometimes after shaving too on my arms) I’ll put aveeno on them to stop or change my razor !

I have pretty fine hair as well and I have found I am super sensitive to proteins, so I try to avoid protein heavy products and clarify once a week. It’s been much better for my hair growth. I also take collagen every day and I have noticed so much less fallout.

Some tattoo artists don’t want you to shave before. Even up to a day before. They say you could cut yourself or cause your hair to be prickly. Not sure if that this true for everyone or not, I am also not a tattoo artist.

I have the same container for my dogs food but was told to keep the food in the bag and just store it in the container… apparently the container isn’t sealed tight enough to keep the food fresh 🫠

For your hair get: silk or satin pillowcase, silk bonnet and/or silk/satin scarf, microfiber towel or turbie towel and leave in conditioner that has heat protection.
