Yesss I realize a lot of Caribbean/African food/fruits have the same/similar ingredients in diff countries but just has different names. Like the Hatian Christmas drink you made (egg nog with alcohol), we make that in Trinidad and Tobago but we call it Ponche de Crème (or punch ah crème). So cool!
