Hi Andrea. Dietitians sometimes will have you make a food journal to start a weight loss program. If you see what you are eating it helps to correct bad habits. What you are doing keeps you conscious of what you eat and when and the effect on your body. Good luck to you. That is the hardest part of loosing weight, having a 'flat line' period. I love Excel, too. The green melon is called 'Honey Dew' and the orange is called 'Cantaloupe'.

What a great way to keep up with your calories 🎉 Do you ever put a little vanilla flavoring in the omelet/ pancake ?

@@TMChelle thank you! Never thought of that 😃 I like them neutral so it could go either way (savory or sweet) sometimes I make a soup with leftover Omelets (called Fideli Suppe). But maybe I will try it out. 😃
