This is the Basilica of St. Mary, one of the oldest churches, built before the 12th century. The external elevation is undergoing conservation. It was worth buying a ticket and going inside, you can feel like you are in a medieval chapel :)

Kraków Market Square is the biggest in Europe. Kraków used to be on one of the main Asia-MiddleEast-Europe trading paths. There was a time in the past that Poland and especially Kraków was one of the cultural centers of Europe and you can really tell that seeing how magnificent Kraków is.

In Gdansk you can go to the top of the tower of this church in old town center. It is St. Mary's Church right next to old town main street. From the top you can see whole city.

I'm waiting for a film about Gdańsk, this is my city. only problem is that 14 days is not enough for all the monuments. If you haven't been to Gdańsk yet, write, I will send you a short description of the monuments and important places in the Tri-City. Sopot-Monciak Gdynia-Klif. best regards

Nice video! What you ate is not a pretzel - it's obwarzanek, a type of bread that inspired Polish Jewish community in Krakow to create bagels that are nowadays loved by people all around the world including in Korea. You've tasted a nice bit of history here :) ko.wikipedia.org/wiki/%EB%B2%A0%EC%9D%B4%EA%B8%80 Another interesting fact is that, as you mention, Krakow (city centre) is a UNESCO site but not just any. It was one of the 12 first UNESCO sites announced in the first UNESCO's list. The Salt Mine nearby (Wieliczka) was a second site among those first 12 sites. So again quite a bit of unique history there
