One advice Kieun: you need to hydrate the chia seeds (with water, yogurt, milk, oat milk...) minimum around 3/4 hours and then keep them in the fridge all night. Like these you can get all the nutrients because if you don’t hydrate them... they’re gonna go out with your 💩 hehe

hey Kieun! just a little advice for you - never put lilies with other flowers in a vase, they are poisoning and they'll kill your tulips very fast! the only flowers compatible with lilies are roses. anyway thank you for your amazing video, inspiring and cheerful as always
