VLOG: preparing for hurricane dorian, class & studying

This hurricane Dorian thing is really messing up my perfect start to a fresh semester. I have barely gotten anything done because of it! Now it's supposed to just follow the coastline of FL and not even come over to the west coast so everything might be just fine. I'm glad we were prepared anyways, but still.... I was so stressed out waiting for this hurricane. We were flying into Ft. Lauderdale on Sept 12th, leaving on a cruise on the 13th. Thankfully, it didn't hit FL. We went to Marco Island on vacation 2yrs ago, right after Irma. There was so much damage there. We're moving to Naples in 4yrs and we're definitely going to get a generator and hurricane shutters. Being with a first responder is tough!! My wife is a Sgt with LAPD.

i live in PA and we always get the aftermath of the hurricanes so they’re never bad. it would be so scary to actually experience one
