It's 12 degrees here in north west England, the 'feels like' temp is 9. I'm still warmish and I have the windows open. I know my husband will feel cold when he comes home but I am putting off turning the central heating on 😂

I live in Canada and I think 12C is manageable cold. We still need a sweater and light jacket. For someone in the tropics, it’s understandable how intensely you’d feel the same temp. Thanks for a lovely video. You looked amazing for the event.

Hey Cherie, thank you for sharing. I had braces in my late 40’s and I remember that first transition period very well. At the time I also had to give client presentations. Not an easy time for me, but I have zero regrets. I love that you feature fragrances that nobody talks about! I’m all about the sampling too…..

I always womdered about braces, but also I was worrying about if i do have them will my teeth be looser from the movement or move back with time? I really dont like my front ones though... Interested to hear how you get on with them. 😊

That’s why you have to wear the retainer- teeth will always keep moving :) they definitely feel loose after I’ve had the braces adjusted but over the course of a few weeks they feel more secure again. It does feel like quite a long journey though! It’s pretty frustrating at times but I’m sure not having my front teeth chip away will be worth it 😬

Loved this! You inspire me so much. I've been buying way too many bottles lately and I need to step back and focus on what I already have. I live in Kansas City and we don't have a single place to buy (or sniff) niche perfume, which is probably a good thing or else I'd be broke. I would love to try Gozo though, so maybe I'll order a sample and then wait for my birthday to come around before I buy a bottle. Thanks for sharing! xoxo

The Penhaligons one sounds interesting to me. Saffran is a difficult note for me... I read once that you can get something very similar to the smell of oud if you have sandalwood and patchouli. I have no idea if this is true, but I have a mini bottle of Radical Rose by Matiere Premiere and I realised it does not have oud, but it smells like a rose oud to me, this one has patchouli and sandalwood, so maybe .... again like your earrings 😅

You’re brave getting the braces, but I’m sure you’ll be happy with the end result. How long roughly do they need to stay in for? Wanting to get them for my 17 y.o son, he (and I) both have the front 2 middle/top teeth overlapping, bit annoying! They’re so expensive to have done though compared to the UK, my hubby’s British and says they’re free over there. 😲 Also trying to not buy any more full bottles myself as I have a huge collection that I must use & enjoy before any more come in! Love your chatty vlogs Clare. 😊✨
