Hi Rach! We had a ton of baby birds this year in our ferns and other parts of our porch. I did some research and when the newborns have a little lump in their neck it’s actually a healthy sign. They are being well fed by their mom. ☺️

i switched to matcha about 2 years ago and noticed such a difference with my skin & anxiety. i just buy the tins from golde (super clean!) and whisk it up with their whisk over hot water, then add cinnamon, honey, pour over ice and add milk of choice. takes so quick and less supplies rather than the blender! also try an iced matcha from starbs with like 1-2 pumps chai, SO good!

It's usually used for hearing impaired individuals to be able to sign their order to the staff without having to go to the window. Sometimes Starbucks employees will turn the camera on to talk anyway! It's a two way camera. Love the vlog week! Keep up the great work! You always put me in such a calm mood 🧡
