VLOG: Scott's First Doctor's Visit | Kryz Uy

Hi everyone! How are we all doing?
For today’s mid-week vlog, I’m taking you with me as I step out into the house for the first time after giving birth. Just the thought of the outside world makes me feel so anxious (lol- I'm a paranoid mom now) so just imagine how nervous I was to actually step out for Scottie’s first doctor visit! He got his shots (ouch) and finally a much needed (and super delayed) check up!
What scared me more than Scottie’s shots were heading to the medical center though! Fortunately, the whole process went smoothly. The clinics are making sure patients don’t have to wait for their turn- everything is by appointment. We had to go through a registration and triage area which was a bit scary for me to see and be with so many people, but I’m happy there are many necessary precautions in place now to keep things safe.
Filming these day in the life vlogs and sharing it with the rest of you guys is becoming a little habit now. I’m ever so grateful to have this #skyfam community to share my life with. Thanks to everyone who’s stuck around through the years (and life milestones!) And to everyone who’s new- welcome to the family! xx

When scottie cried I almost cried too. I really can't bear seeing a baby cry because I always remember my own child when I had to rush him on the hospital because of pneumonia. But he is well now.

I'm not really fond of "day in a life" vlogs but I dunno why I'm so drawn into your vlogs!! Idk why i am able to sit through a 15 min vlog as if it's just 2mins long. You have a very beautiful family ❤️ With all due respect, I understand that it’s normalized to not wear seatbelts in the back seat in the Philippines. However, it still worried me that your baby wasn’t in a car seat. Please consider using a car seat, even when doing short trips and even if you don’t intend on driving quickly. People argue that it isn’t mandatory when the Philippines has been that way, but it doesn’t hurt to use a car seat just as a precaution.

My baby girl just got vaccinated also. The oral is rotavirus vaccine. Your daily vlogs helps me to cope up on being a first time mom also. My baby is also 6 weeks old. So scottie and her are just weeks apart. So thankful for your dailu vlogs. Just cooking a simple breakfast. Taking care of your child. mnc yup...i remember my son’s first weighing and vaccine like that. The worst part is, they actually stripped him naked to get his accurate weight, in a cold January, snowy day here in Toronto, and that metal weighing scale must have shocked his poor body cold. That was so traumatic for me I was crying in the doctor’s office.

Seeing Scott is enough for me to watch the whole vlog. It is NEVER BORING! Haha! He is sooo cuuute! And you’re so strong! I think I teared up the first few vaccines my little boy got though that was years ago, he’s turning 7 this weekend! You’re doing awesome and you seem like such a natural at breastfeeding! I have had to go to a lactation consultant so many times before because I was paranoid I wasn’t giving baby enough milk (I wasn’t too akin with pumps and whatnot back then) and turned out like you, I had oversupply! My baby was a chubster too like Scottie maybe that’s why it is such a delight to watch him. He reminds me of my baby boy 🥰🥰 (and also... kinda wanna be reminded of breastfeeding and newborn life... I miss it!)

luoy kaayo ang bata jud basta mag.vaccine kay mag sige hilak. Same sa akong baby sige hilak the whole afternoon after he got his vaccine in the morning and hilanat sad ang bata. Pero the next day kay di naman mag hilak ang bata kay wala naman ang kasakit sa injection. Anyway, cute jud kaayo si Scott! I love Skyfam so much! 😍😍😍
