Keep us updated on your pole journey!! For sweaty palms I use the dry grip liquid chalk! It's amazing! Having a pole at home is such a game changer. There are loads of online classes you can take too to help progress faster from home.

i think you can get it on the x pole website! i didn't get different extensions
