i don't usually comment, but i totally feel you on the sharing your interests with others, especially fitness!!! i've worked at orangetheory for 1.5 years and just became a coach in september because of how much i love it and love our members at my studio. it is literally the best feeling being able to help and inspire others doing something you love, and it's even more fun to do it over the mic! your passion for fitness and moving your body reminds me so much of myself so if i could just say one thing, DO IT!!!!!!

Hi! FYI, in case you didn’t know, shaken espressos are always made with half pumps! So if you said 1 pump of white mocha, they probably only put 1/2 a pump! My favorite sbux drink is 4 shots with a flavored sweet cream foam on top (right now I’m loving pistachio sc foam) but maybe you could try brown sugar syrup in sc foam with cinnamon on top! 🤩🤍

What I started doing for cramps and something a lot of women/girls do in europe is a hot water bottle/hot water bag for cramps fill it with hot water and put it on your lower abdomen and oh my god instant pain relief!! trust me I have knife stabbing pains and this saves my life now so easy to sleep with too

I always get the same thing at Starbucks too a venti iced matcha latte with coconut milk! also loved the clothing haul!! I love when things have pockets us girls always get so excited haha

If you want something simple but still fun my favorite thing to get is iced coffee with half the sweetener, little bit of coconut milk (or whatever kind you like) and then the vanilla sweet cream cold foam on top (or they say you can pretty much do any of the flavors as a cold foam) Perfect mix of simple but still flavorful!

Black cold brew with vanilla sweet cream cold foam, get the foam extra thick so it doesn’t mix into the black cold brew! Perfect combo between strong and sweet, I’ve been addicted to this combo forever!

Girl the clothing hall is amazing! Any pants I buy I go up a size and have them Taylored. Those black pants are a look! I would play around with some lace or like a one shoulder top would be super cute with those black pants. Since it’s still cooler those brown pants I would style with a black top or white and maybe something fun like a cheetah bag and chunky heel or even some sneakers and a sweater. You could even do a monochromatic look for the brown pants and a bright colored bag. So many ways to dress up/dress down the clothes you bought. Running to go buy… brb

Best order I'm on rn: Grande Iced or hot (so yummy hot): matcha latte with oat mylk, 3 pumps brown sugar syrup and cinnamon on top! Also great with 3 pumps chai as well. :) If you're not a matcha gal I'm sure it's yummy as a latte too!

I hope you’re making progress with looking for a house near Boston! Your daily routines are great, but in the long term you need to surrounded by friends. And not a cape cod house near max 💜 maybe an apartment in Boston. I just want to see you value yourself. It’ll be great when you’re married to have a house but otherwise why do you feel pressured to grow up so fast?
