Welcome to A Peek Inside. My name is Darlene and I have been happily married for over 25 years with two amazing children and two handsome pups. I've been doing KZbin since 2016 but decided to have a fresh start in 2024. My focus now is giving a little peek into my journey as a woman that was a military spouse, stay at home mom and homemaker that enjoyed those years but many of those things have changed with my husband's retirement and the children getting older and I am feeling a little lost. I am taking the time to focus on myself to make my health a priority so I can be around to enjoy the beautiful life and family that my husband and I created.
Thank you for helping build this community on my little channel and I hope you are excited to follow along as I give a little "PEEK" in this journey of mine.

Agreed! It’s funny how we all develop our own style rules/foibles. Darlene doesn’t like the sleeves but I thought they were really flattering. Also loved the lighter colour on her, and the pants fit perfectly.

Darlene, you can go on Amazon and order replacement lids for your pyrex. My sister told me about it because I thought I would have to get rid of my pyrex.

Hi Darlene, at 17.00 mins onwards , you are wearing the blouse with floaty sleeves...the neckline, that V really, really suits you. It's my favourite neckline on myself as I find it elongating. If you compare the 2 two tops worn in your video in a picture, you'll see why I think that it's such a nice shape for you. You are looking really good, put together! Your hard work is paying off, especially hard with your on going health issues so I'm glad that you are carrying on as I find your videos motivating. The hardest part is getting started. I just made small changes and went from there. I have a long way to go but I feel like this is so much better than all the years of stupid dieting.
