If Winnie isn’t in pain, that’s a good sign. If a hernia is reducible (i.e., it goes back in), usually that is also a good sign. The weak spot will always be weak, even after surgery. Praying to St. Francis for your sweet pup!

Have you thought of placing a little mattress pad or pillow pad for rue in her crate? It could make it so much more comfortable for her ❤ I did for my puppy and he falls asleep instantly and cuddles

Right before I got married , I kept breaking out in a rash - each time I had Seaford, was in tge sun and had alcohol with limes ( coronas!! ), It kept happening and it was citrus and the sun! Put cortaid on it but get higher dose(cultivate with a prescription if possible) not sure the burn will go away but that is what I used for my rash. Good luck! 🎉

Hi Rachel! I had the same thing happen to me with lime but on my face! I put SPF over it daily and at night used peach and lilys vitamin c serum over the mark and it went away fast! hope that helps!!

I had margarita burn all over my hand and arm and it healed naturally. Dermatology said there really isn’t anything you can do. It went away in a few weeks :)

The best advice for the "Margarita burn" on your leg is to go to see your doctor. Do not touch lime and other citrus fruit when you get exposed to the sun !!

It’s called a Margarita Burn. It got its name because during summer bbq’s, parties out in the sun and people are making Margarita’s so many people have ended up with serious burns from the lime juice not knowing they needed to wash their hands off if they are out in the sun. Any citrus juice will do it. Just google Pictures of Margarita Burns!
