Lemme just say, it made me so happy when i found out u took a soulcycle class recently bc i followed u and gretchen a few yrs ago bc u guys loved soulcycle just as much as i do & how u said soulcycle was considered ur therapy, it was considered mine as well so when i went back to class recently, i felt th same exact way: nostalgic and driven to go back to my soulcycle prime. Home bike is convenient, but it doesnt match the feeling of being in a dark room with people who all share the same vibes and same energy. But ur words ring true, it shouldnt be about going back to the past because the past doesn’t exist anymore, it should be about making better versions of ourselves in the present. Thank u for that! I always look forward for your videos so thank u for all that you do☺️

i 100% resonate with everything you said about soulcycle! it’s such a great outlet to release stress, tension, or just anything thats been on your mind. i’ve found that over the years, soulcycle has taught me not only physical discipline, but mental as well; this discipline translates into my everyday life along with positive self talk/affirmations. i just feel like it makes me a better person overall!

Not related to fitness, but the pandemic definitely affected my mental. I used to be a crazy workaholic and was extremely motivated and driven. I feel like recently I’ve lost a lot of my passion and drive and I’m trying to find it again:/ but it definitely taught me to appreciate time with my loved ones and slowing down ❤️

Everyone is different but I have to say word of warning, 2 dogs changes things up. We recently got 2 and it’s really limited the things we can and can’t do. Especially going away on holidays, either trying to get someone to look after them or getting an accommodation that accepts 2 dogs - although I think 2 small dogs is much easier. We have two big bois 😄

I’m allergic to dogs as well, and we got a Golden Doodle in January and let me tell you they have the best personalities and are so happy all the time!! He is literally just the most playful and loving dog ever. If you get a golden doodle you won’t regret it ! :)

Omg that rug 😤😤 I have the same one from like rugs USA I think and it sheds so bad... it hot better over time but my house cleaner suggested to actually stop vacuuming it so much! It sounds redundant but it’s actually helped A LOT
