Enjoying your vlogs so much after a long time. Plus your voice is so soothing to hear. But honestly I think you do need a proper night’s sleep because you do look tired. Try soaking your feet in warm water and taking a shower before you sleep. Dim the lights completely, listen to soothing music and stay away from phone/camera/tv at least an hour before you go to sleep
